The Chocolate Banana Nut Muse



1 whole, frozen banana


1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder


1/2—1 tablespoon of ethryitol *


2 tablespoons of peanut butter


1 cup of vanilla almond milk


3-4 ice cubes







Step 1—Gather the ingredients.


Step 2—Place the bananas in a blender, add the cocoa powders, ethryitol and peanut butter. Blend until mashed and combined.


Step 3 — Add the vanilla almond milk, ice, and blend until smooth.


Step 4—Pour smoothie into a nice, tall glass and enjoy! Then sit back and watch the words flow with a fresh burst of creativity.


* Ethryitol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol that comes from corn and is also found naturally in other plants and fruits. It’s my favorite sugar alternative! You can buy it here on Amazon
